Jacqueline Morrison, Founder/CEO
As an innovator and entrepreneur, Jacqueline has a proven track record of progressing innovative projects and delivering against milestones; her commitment to innovation has garnered widespread recognition, capturing a series of the UK’s most coveted innovation and funding accolades. Notably, she is one of the few women in Scotland to receive Innovate UK’s Women in Innovation award – the UK equivalent of the European Prize for Women Innovators.
In her role, Jacqueline is responsible for securing funding and fostering collaborations. She is an experienced pitcher and conference speaker, leveraging these opportunities to increase the technology’s visibility and build relationships with product champions and potential partners.

Trevor Hodgson, Chief Technology Officer
Trevor is a structural engineer, a technical authority on offshore structures and expert witness with over 40 years of offshore experience and more than 20 years in the offshore wind industry. He provides strategic advice at the industry level, serving as convenor of the ISO standards panel for structural analysis of fixed concrete platforms and supporting the deployment of a reference jacket design for the Carbon Trust’s Offshore Wind Accelerator.
Trevor’s expertise has contributed to several joint industry projects, including the Safe-Flow project in the Netherlands and the OCAS project in Belgium. As Chief Technology Officer, Trevor leverages his extensive industry expertise and experience to drive the development of the non-grouted connector while leading the team of collaborating engineers.
Rob Sheldon, Technical Advisor
Rob is an engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience, including over 10 years in offshore wind, having led the design teams that delivered the foundations for Dudgeon, Beatrice, St. Brieuc and Codling wind farms. In a career spanning various industries, Rob has been involved from the early development stages of projects through to the final stages of commissioning, as well as projects in their operational phase. Zoe Barnes, Mentor, Commercial
Zoe, partner at Everoze and strategy manager for wind developer Quaybridge, specialises in technology commercialisation with a focus on bringing new technologies to market through established supply chains. Caroline is managing director at Astrimar, a leading consultancy in the field of reliability engineering and technology qualification best practice.
